Mission Call

So our mission call finally came.  We only had to wait 5 1/2 weeks for it.  We then waited until that evening so that Jesse and family could come over and we could get the rest of the kids on the computer in a hangout all together.  I got to open the call since I had not ever been able to do that before.  It was exciting and also a little bit scary.  We are going to the Indonesia Jakarta Mission.  We will be working in the PEF and Self reliance center as PEF and Self Reliance Missionaries.  Our report date is Sept. 9th, 2013.  We are to report to the Provo MTC for two weeks.  The first week is Preach my Gospel training and the second week will be specific to our call.
We are very excited and a little overwhelmed.  We are trying to figure out where to start with preparations and trying to get organized.  Rick says it is a lot harder and more work getting ready to leave as a Senior missionary versus a Young Adult missionary.  We have been trying to learn what we can about Indonesia.  Very humid and not much variance in temperature through out the year.
I am going to try and keep this going while we are gone so you will know what we are doing and the experiences we are having.
