Minggu satu - Our first days at the MTC

We have finished our first 5 days of training at the MTC (Missionary Training Center).
It has been wonderful.  We spent the whole time focusing on the Preach My Gospel book.  We had practice teaching (TRC, Training Resource Center), opportunities and many other wonderful learning and spiritual experiences.  There were about 40 couples and 10 senior sisters that entered the MTC with us on Monday, going all over the world and doing all sorts of assignments.  Today is Preparation Day.  We start tomorrow after our church meetings with our specific assignment training, it will be hours with the one of the general authorities responsible for the Perpetual Education Fund program.  Our district consisted of 4 couples. Two of us, ourselves and Elder and Sister Adams, are doing PEF-Self-Reliance (Indonesia, South Africa), one member support, Elder and Sister Padwys (to Oregon) and one as an area medical advisor, Elder and Sister Graham (Northeast Asia).  They are all great and we learned a lot from each other as we worked and studied each day.

Of Course the requisite picture at the map (taken the first day in the MTC as we worked our way down the hall in the main building to complete our check in procedures).
